Paxton FFA Builds Trailer and Donates Auction Proceeds to Nebraska AgrAbility

The Paxton, Nebraska FFA chapter made a powerful impact in their community by blending hands-on skills, generosity, and agricultural values. A group of talented FFA students constructed a utility trailer and auctioned it on the popular AuctionTime website. Their hard work and dedication raised $1,500, which was proudly donated to Nebraska AgrAbility.

Nebraska AgrAbility, a partnership between Easterseals Nebraska and Nebraska Extension, serves farmers and ranchers across the state who face challenges due to disabilities, illnesses, or injuries. The funds from the Paxton FFA will help provide assistive technology to ensure that these individuals can continue working safely and effectively. AgrAbility is committed to preserving the agricultural way of life by modifying practices, not dreams.

This initiative is a shining example of the values upheld by Nebraska FFA, whose mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education.
