All Ages, Week-long Residential Camps
for Children and Adults with Disabilities

From campfire sing-a-longs and late night ghost stories, to nature walks, swimming, and arts and crafts, Easter Seals Nebraska camps provide the same excitement and activity available at other summer camp programs. The difference? Easter Seals Nebraska campers experience the joys and challenges of camp in a fully-accessible setting. Campers gain independent and social interaction skills while participating in a variety of fun, adapted activities.

Registration:  Participants can begin signing up for camp in January for the following summer.  Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  Online applications for 2010 coming soon.

Job Opportunities:  Staff is typically hired during the months of January through May.  Positions available include cabin leaders, healthcare professionals and activity leaders.  In addition to a salary, staff members receive a week of training, free room and board, and lots of memories.

Volunteer Opportunities:  Volunteers are always needed at the camp.  From assisting with a craft project to pushing a wheelchair on a hike, volunteers are a huge asset to this program.
